In the US there are some states where fracking is banned, such as New York (frack-free), and in Texas, it’s been banned, also. The process of fracking is not allowed near schools due to cancer causing carcinogens. However, in the UK, where there have been earthquake related incidences, the controversy over fracking is heating up. In London, an Infrastructure bill, that is currently going through Parliament, will allow fracking to happen under peoples homes.
