10 January, 2014 at 12:41 amYou seem to have already a good food plan! I would just make sure the soy is organic as we have to watch out for GMO (genetically modified organism) which is life threatening. I know…we have to look out for so many things out there but that’s humanity, complicating everything when we had a perfect planet 🙂
I don’t have a link per se I just had a lovely time on Youtube a while back when I searched for annual conventions of Micho Kushi’s institute in Boston U.s which is quite popular.
My dream would be one day to attend if it’s not too expensive. Let me know if that helped & how do you see it from your perspective. I have integrated it in my life for now 25 yrs but I love to hear on the subject from others too.
Not everything that suits my mind & body can suit everyone, it’s just nice to exchange ideas & information.
Good luck with it all!

6 January, 2014 at 11:30 amI have read your about which makes me think I have it not so bad in life;) I am sure you have made all the research possible on the matter… it mustn’t be easy to be as sensitive as absorbing fragrances from the ones you interact with… I have been living fragrance-free for the only reason I believe fragrances are harmful in the long term even if it’s not immediately noticeable.
Having said that I wonder if you’ve looked into Macrobiotics so to bring your body into balance & harmony & strengthen your chances to combat the everyday pollution…
Thanks for your support toward my blog, I’m honored you’ve become a follower 🙂

9 January, 2014 at 7:12 pmThank you; your blog is amazing! I’ve not done all the research (yet), I’m always looking into more; but I prefer science backed research; but antidotal that has worked for others is always worth a look too. I’m so glad to hear that someone who is not sensitive to fragrances is living fragrance free: warms the cockles of my heart! I’ve met others who do this too. It’s an educated guess, I guess 🙂 I mean, why would and educated person do this to themselves? After reading your comment, I just starting researching Macrobiotics. I can eat a lot of soy products, so it could be something that suits me. I also do better on raw foods, cooked veggies (lots of apples too) and seeds and nuts too. So I will look into it further. Please send me any links, if you know of some good places to start researching.
I’m honoured, you are a follower too 🙂
Cheers
Miche
